Lawyer (m/f/d) Chemicals regulation/sustainability
With the “Green Deal” and the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, the EU has set the framework for the ecological turnaround. Chemicals regulation is a particular focus here. What we do
In this highly dynamic environment, we advise and represent clients as traditional lawyers in the drafting of contracts and in proceedings before national authorities and courts. In addition, we assist companies in adapting operational processes in the area of material & product compliance, advise and represent company and association interests in consultation procedures at European and international level and, of course, also represent companies in disputes before the European courts or special adjudicatory bodies such as the Board of Appeal of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
Produktkanzlei is a law firm specialising exclusively in product law with its headquarters in Martinipark in Augsburg and a further office in Berlin. As a spin-off of international law firms, we offer renowned domestic and foreign clients excellent legal advice in a dynamic environment. Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for engaged and inquisitive colleagues (m/f/d), preferably for our Augsburg office and for Martin Ahlhaus’ renowned practice throughout Germany, who are enthusiastic and passionate about working on complex factual and legal issues at the highest level. Above-average exam grades as well as an interest in technical matters are required for this position. Due to the international orientation of our law firm, a very good command of English is also desirable. A doctorate or other additional qualifications are of course welcome.
We do not expect any specific prior knowledge in the field of chemicals law – however, a basic orientation towards public law or European law would certainly be an advantage.
